Who you are:

You\xe2\x80\x99re an experienced Marketing and Business Development professional who is looking to take the next step in your career by leveraging your communications ideas into a successful leadership role.

Working with a proven brand and an award-winning in-house marketing studio, you will partner with senior leaders and advisors to develop property marketing strategy and proposal development for mid to large industrial sales and leasing projects.

You bring a wealth of experience in leading and executing marketing strategies, projects and proposals in a professional business environment. You are an excellent communicator who advocates for progressive marketing tactics and fosters an environment of creativity and innovation.

This role is integral to the strategic positioning of Colliers as a knowledge and service leader developing and implementing key marketing initiatives. Success will be measured by new business development, increased market share, and project marketing campaign success.

What you bring:

5+ years of related work experience including proposal development in Commercial Real Estate, Professional Services or related Business-to-Business setting.

A degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.

Advanced writing and editing skills with an emphasis on proposal writing.

Proven track record of developing winning strategies, pitches, presentations, and campaigns.

Proven effectiveness at building strong relationships internally and externally.

Ability and willingness to travel within Canada for the role, approximately 10-15% of the time.

What success looks like:

You contribute to the overall Colliers marketing planning and strategy as part of the Canadian Marketing Leadership Team.

You are the \xe2\x80\x98go-to\xe2\x80\x99 for large industrial listing proposal development, working with advisors and clients to define the overall proposal strategy, property marketing strategy and marketing execution plan for large property sales.

You work closely with local Managing Directors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support their client engagement plans within their local markets.

You promote a team environment and provide training to marketing professionals, advisors and their teams to advance their property marketing capabilities.
