We are a private college seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager with a proven track record in lead generation to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, nurture leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our college. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all marketing activities in line with the marketing objectives of the college.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns and strategies with a primary focus on lead generation. This includes a deep understanding of target audiences, channels, and content that resonate with potential leads.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Use data analytics tools to track and measure the performance of lead generation efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement online and print marketing, advertising and branding strategies based on new and emerging industry trends to improve overall lead generation campaigns and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions department to ensure the smooth transition of leads into enrolled students.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates across the enrollment process, from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Develop and implement different highly effective outbound marketing campaign strategies to reach the target audience.
  • Creation and publication of a wide range of marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Create a network with different organizations and communities for brand awareness and marketing efforts.
  • Manage overall trade shows and events planning in and outside the college.
  • Track, monitor, and evaluate the success of marketing, advertising, and branding campaigns, trade shows, and events.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in demand and lead generation, preferably within the education sector.
  • At least 3 years of related experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in a private college setting or education sector.
  • Expertise in direct marketing, market segmentation, and marketing research.
  • Expertise in different strategies to increase lead generation.
  • Expertise in identifying target audiences and the ability to reach them.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt strategies to meet changing market demands.
  • Expertise in event planning and project management.
  • Strong computer literacy and must be multimedia savvy.
  • Must have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Must have excellent networking ability.
  • Must be creative and innovative, personable, and an excellent writer and communicator.
  • Must have excellent teamwork skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to handle and manage competing priorities while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales teams, to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.


Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
