Marketing Manager

to help elevate and scale our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Overview


The

Marketing Manager - Professional Systems

will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives targeted at medical practitioners, clinics, and healthcare providers. You'll play a critical role in growing BIOFLEX's professional product line through market insights, targeted campaigns, brand messaging, and sales enablement content. This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, creative execution, and close collaboration with sales, product development, and clinical education teams.

Main Responsibilities



Strategic Marketing Planning



Develop and execute marketing plans to drive awareness and adoption of BIOFLEX Professional Laser Systems.

Market Research & Analysis



Conduct market research to assess customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyze insights to refine product positioning and identify market opportunities.

Brand & Messaging Development



Create high-impact messaging tailored to medical professionals and clinic owners. Develop collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and platforms.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns



Design and manage lead-generation campaigns using email, online advertising, and social media. Monitor and report on campaign performance, and optimize as needed.

Sales Enablement



Develop marketing resources for the sales team, including product one-pagers, white papers, case studies, and presentations. Act as a bridge between sales and marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach efforts.

Events & Trade Shows



Plan and execute events, trade shows, and conferences for healthcare professionals. Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event engagement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with product development to align marketing with product capabilities. Collaborate with training and support teams to improve customer onboarding and engagement materials. Serve as the internal marketing lead for the Professional Systems segment.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is an asset). 3-5 years of experience in product or B2B marketing, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the professional healthcare market, including medical clinics and practitioners. Proven success in planning and executing marketing strategies for B2B products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid experience with digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media). Strong project management and multitasking capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). Strong content creation, storytelling, and editing abilities. Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights. Collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
