The Marketing Manager is a key member of the centralized marketing team at Top Tier Education Corp and reports directly to the
Marketing Director
. This role supports multiple education brands and campuses.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing organic marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, student interest, and lead generation across digital platforms and community initiatives. This role balances strategic planning, hands-on execution, and performance reporting while collaborating closely with Admissions, Operations, and external partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-informed, creatively driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects across different brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Content
Develop and execute organic marketing strategies aligned with enrollment and brand goals across multiple colleges
Lead content planning for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
Ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, compliant, and audience-focused
Oversee creation of digital content including graphics, video, written content, and campaign assets
Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage and oversee day-to-day organic social media activity across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and maintain content calendars for multiple brands and campuses
Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster online community growth
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Community Outreach & Events
Plan and coordinate community outreach initiatives, open houses, career fairs, and promotional events
Collaborate with Admissions to promote events and support lead follow-up efforts
Manage participation in external events and partnerships that support lead generation and brand visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Admissions to align marketing efforts with enrollment objectives
Coordinate with campus teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely campaign execution
Support the Marketing Director with campaign planning, reporting, and project prioritization
Performance Reporting & Insights
Track and analyze organic marketing performance, including engagement, inquiries, and lead trends
Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
Conduct light competitive and market research to identify growth opportunities
Vendor & Project Management
Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, and photographers
Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing projects
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on content, social media, and organic growth
Experience managing multiple projects or brands simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with social platforms, CMS tools, email marketing systems, and analytics
Experience in education, training, or regulated industries is considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
