You know what makes an ad or landing page work, and you're confident crafting both the message and the creative to drive results.
You understand best practices for setting up and optimizing landing pages, and you know how to drive performance through data, testing, and iteration. You're just as comfortable building strategy as you are executing it. You know how to lead, how to spot opportunities, and how to build end-to-end campaigns that convert, from paid ads and landing pages to email and social.
You're highly data-driven. You know how to pull reports, analyze performance, and translate metrics into actionable improvements. Whether it's ROAS, CPL, CAC, or CTR, you know what matters and how to make campaigns better. You've worked with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Meta's ad platforms, and you can confidently handle tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting.
