Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing strategy across company and agent social media pages
Work directly with real estate and mortgage agents to review their social media presence
Provide clear feedback, audits, and growth strategies for agent branding and content
Plan and run presentations, workshops, and training sessions for agents
Be front-facing in meetings, recordings, and internal sessions
Collaborate with graphic designers, social media teams, and content creators
Oversee content planning, campaigns, and posting schedules
Help shape overall brand positioning, not just social media
Support video content creation and on-site shoots when needed
Monitor performance and adjust strategies based on results
Required Experience & Skills
Proven marketing experience in Canada

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Confident speaker with professional presentation skills
Experience training or guiding teams or clients
Ability to assess social media accounts and provide actionable improvement plans
Comfortable working with sales professionals and agents
Strong organizational and communication skills
Works well in a team environment and takes ownership

Own camera, lighting, or video equipment
Hands-on video shooting or content creation experience
