Position Overview

We are a safety glove manufacturing company based in Cambridge, Ontario, seeking a

part-time Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist

to support brand development and business growth. This is a

fully office-based role

at our head office, with

no travel or fieldwork required

.

The role focuses on both

strategic planning and hands-on execution

of marketing activities, supporting domestic and international markets while working closely with sales and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's safety glove product range Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital content Manage digital marketing initiatives such as website content, email marketing, and social media platforms Support the sales team with marketing tools, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels Track marketing performance, analyze results, and prepare reports Coordinate with designers, agencies, and external vendors as required
Required Qualifications

Proven marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, PPE, or B2B environments Strong understanding of B2B marketing, branding, and lead generation Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required

Ability to communicate professionally in Hindi and/or Urdu is required

to support international and multicultural market communications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

or equivalent practical marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing products in international or multicultural markets Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
