Marketing Manager
who's ready to help us take that promise national.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think big and execute fast. You'll build the marketing engine that fuels our next phase of growth, blending strategy, creativity, and data to make it happen.
In this role, you'll:
Lead and own Ferguson's
national marketing strategy
-- from brand storytelling to performance marketing.
Build branch-level playbooks and campaigns that make every market launch (like our new
Calgary branch in 2026
) a success.
Strengthen our brand as
Canada's premium concierge mover
, ensuring every touchpoint feels world-class.
Drive
lead generation, digital marketing, SEO, social ads, and referral programs
that produce measurable results.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing with capacity, cost recovery, and profit goals.
Champion data, track CAC, ROMI, and cost per lead using dashboards that make insights actionable.
Lead and mentor a small, mighty marketing team (plus creative and digital vendors).
Build the national
Marketing Playbook
that will define how Ferguson markets for years to come.

What You Bring
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
5+ years of hands-on marketing experience with campaign leadership and vendor management
Proven ability to
generate measurable growth
while keeping an eye on profitability
Strong analytical chops, you know your way around
Google Analytics, CRMs, and automation tools
Experience growing multi-location or franchise-style brands
Creative thinker, data lover, and team player, where you bring equal parts art and science
