Position Overview



We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our national marketing efforts. This generalist leadership role will guide the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies with a strong focus on brand visibility, franchise growth, and agent enablement. This role will work closely with executive leadership and serve as a brand evangelist across the organization. The successful candidate will be given the runway to build the department, assess organizational needs, and eventually add to the team based on growth and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the development and execution of brand, digital, and growth marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Roll up your sleeves to build out the tools, resources and materials needed for success. Strengthen the Coldwell Banker Canada brand through consistent messaging, storytelling, and high-impact campaigns. Support franchise sales by creating compelling marketing assets and sales enablement tools. Enhance franchise retention with value-driven communications, programs, and performance marketing strategies. Drive agent productivity through tools, training, and resources that support agent success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and franchisees to implement national and localized marketing initiatives. Measure performance and continuously optimize based on insights and KPIs. Manage brand activations, events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns. Lead the marketing team and external agencies, with room to expand the team as needed.

Qualifications & Experience



4+ years in marketing leadership, preferably within real estate, franchising, or a related entrepreneurial industry. Proven experience in both brand and digital marketing strategy. Exceptional project management and communication skills. Familiarity with Canadian real estate industry trends and franchise operations is a strong asset. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and content creation workflows. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
