Job Overview

The

Marketing Manager

will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition in the financial services or insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Manage the brokerage's online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms. Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Coordinate events, webinars, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility. Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend across various channels. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and email campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset. Knowledge of the Canadian insurance market and regulatory environment is preferred.
