Who Are You?


The role of the Marketing Manager is to contribute to thought leadership and strategy while delivering flawless execution, and to help drive growth and engagement with the WBM customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth among our product lines. As a result-driven marketer, you will leverage data and consumer insights in impactful ways to drive measurable business outcomes. Leading end-to-end marketing across a broad roster of channels, the outcome is to drive sales and engage and retain customers.


Reporting to the VP and Sales and Marketing, you will develop industry-leading marketing campaigns to support WBM in each of the markets and industries they are involved with, while ensuring strategic planning that is optimized for improvement.


What Will You Do?

Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver marketing plans that deepen customer relationships and support WBM's business goals. Track and manage marketing programs to enhance and optimize initiatives towards optimal impact. Oversee website content, structure, and performance to ensure optimal user experience and lead conversion. Lead social media strategy and content creation across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Ensure WBM's industry presence, marketing channels, and internal employee communications all carry a common language and creative reflective of WBM's values and culture. Create compelling marketing content including brochures, case studies, videos, and blog posts. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative development and production. Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events. Coordinate logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up. Represent the company at events to build relationships and gather market intelligence.


Sound Familiar?

Bachelor's degree or diploma, in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 7+ years of marketing Strong expertise in both digital and in-person channels 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment or steel manufacturing, or similar industries preferred Demonstrated capability to lead and execute on delivering successful results and drive positive culture Experience planning, executing, and reporting on marketing solutions that deliver ROI-centric results Proven project management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, as well as confidently and effectively manage through timelines, budget management and collaboration Ability to think strategically and execute with excellence; must be an enthusiastic, well-organized self-starter, able to use initiative and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
