Lumenus Autism Core Clinical Services

offers ABA-based behavioural services and speech and language services that are designed to address the unique needs of children with Autism aged 2-14 years. We offer personalized programs in a natural school environment at our Etobicoke (65 Hartsdale Drive) and North York (155 McNicoll Avenue) locations.Lumenus Autism Core Clinical Services is a fee-for-service offering within a not-for-profit organization, Lumenus Community Services. Lumenus Community Services provides mental health, developmental and community-based services for children, youth, adults and their families.



The Marketing Manager position for Autism Core Clinical Services will be responsible for creating and executing a range of marketing and communication functions including acquisition of new customers, engagement and content strategy, website optimization, internal and external partnerships and events. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution to drive brand visibility, customer growth, and long-term retention of clients. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Senior Director overseeing Autism Core Clinical Services, Autism management team (Senior Director overseeing Autism Funded programs, Autism Clinical leadership, Autism Intake Manager), Lumenus Marketing Director, Lumenus Senior Director of Fund Development to formulate and execute the Autism Core Clinical Services marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Director overseeing Autism Core Clinical Services.

To develop and execute outreach strategies to expand service reach and meet client acquisition, retention and revenue targets.

Develop and implement data-driven customer acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels (e.g. paid media, SEO, SEM, social, emails, partnerships, events, etc)

Manage marketing funnels to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs (CAC)

Collaborates with Client/Clinical management and Senior Director to align acquisition efforts with business goals and revenue targets

Ensure client acquisition, client retention, occupancy and revenue targets for Autism Core Clinical Services

Engagement Strategy




Design and execute engagement strategy to deepen customer relationships, drive retention and maximize lifetime value

Lead content strategy and digital engagement to promote autism services

Oversee customer journey mapping and implement personalized content and outreach strategies

Coordinate with Intake, Clinical teams, and Lumenus Marketing to ensure messaging consistency and audience relevance

Leverage marketing platforms/tools to track user behavior and optimize communications

Website and

Digital Experience




Own the strategy, content, and performance of the Autism Services website as a key conversion and brand asset

Maintain autism website and ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Work with Lumenus teams and external partners to ensure the site is optimized for UX, performance and visibility

Maintain and improve landing pages to support marketing campaigns and audience segments

Monitor website analytics and user behavior to inform updates and enhancements

Internal and

External Partnerships




Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to gain insights and develop an internal strategy for customer acquisition and program synergies/alignment

Build and manage relationships with external partners such as schools, pediatricians, community centres, and other agencies to develop a funnel for customer acquisition

Identify co-marketing opportunities and strategic alliances that expand brand reach and drive qualified traffic or leads.





Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




Responsible for identifying, tracking, and optimizing key performance metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. These KPIs will be used to guide strategic decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Establish and maintain a comprehensive set of KPIs to measure marketing performance, including but not limited to website performance, lead generation and conversion, awareness and engagement metrics, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Marketing Investment metrics.

Develop and implement a standardized reporting framework to monitor and analyze marketing data across channels.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance trends to refine marketing strategies.

Present regular performance reports to the Senior Director and Core Clinical Team, highlighting progress against targets and opportunities for improvement.

Contribute to Autism and organizational leadership and management functions.

Supervise direct report(s) and oversee professional development, and performance management are all aligned with clinical program and organizational goals

Support multidisciplinary collaboration

Participate in and contributes to self-directed learning to ensure relevant professional practice.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; MBA is a plus

3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on digital acquisition, customer engagement and website optimization

Ideal to have knowledge or experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)

Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable resulting external vendors

Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpots, Meta Ads, Mail Chimp, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM, Canva/Adobe

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and administrative skills

Demonstrates the ability to engage in respectful interactions with others and address situations in ways that respect diverse backgrounds and lived experiences

Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing external vendors

Thrives in an environment where independent judgement and self-direction are essential

Must have a strong work ethic, that includes but is not limited to: Integrity, Accountability, Punctuality, Regular and consistent attendance

Nice to have:


Experience in growth-stage or mission driven organizations

Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and UX best practices

Knowledge of partner marketing and brand collaboration
