This position is responsible for working with the Corporate Architectural Interiors (AI) Business Unit in crafting and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns related to Teknion\xe2\x80\x99s AI products. The position will work directly with the Corporate AI team (specifically but not limited to, the VP of AI, Director of Industrial Design, Director of Design Engineering and Launch Support Teams) and the Director of Corporate Marketing at the inception of product ideation and placement on the 3-year plan.

What will this person be responsible for?

The candidate will be responsible for creating the product sales narrative and marketing and support materials to support the value proposition and competitive positioning of the product.

The position will work with the Corp AI Team, US and Canadian Market AI Sales Leadership and Regional Marketing teams in the planning, development and implementation of sales and product awareness campaigns related to not just new, but the extensive existing AI product portfolio. Assists the AI Sales team in developing materials inclusive or print, digital, social mediums, and support of regional events.

What will this person do?

  • Develop marketing campaigns that promote the company\'s products and services, including print and digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and events.
  • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
  • Work in coordination with other members of the Marketing team, as applicable, in supporting the sales force with development of materials as needed.
  • Maintain brand standards.
  • Plan and execute, in partnership with other company stakeholders.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
What experience, skills and education are required?
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of seven years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing or sales management.
  • Industry experience, specifically with a focus on the architectural interiors industry preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of marketing processes.
  • Experience creating effective marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Experience in building a marketing program and strategy.
  • Exposure to digital and print marketing.
  • Ability to write creative, content-rich copy.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Experience in leading external art & creative agencies in creating marketing assets such as product renders and animations.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
  • Ability to travel as necessary (< approx. 10%)
Technical Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Design and Illustrator
  • PowerPoint
  • Canva
  • GSuite - particularly Drive and Sheets
  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling applications such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of photorealistic rendering applications such as KeyShot, 3DS Max, V-Ray, etc
