Position Overview:





The Marketing & Listing Coordinator provides comprehensive marketing, listing, and administrative support to the Real Estate Team, ensuring property listings are accurate, compliant, and effectively promoted across multiple platforms. This role balances creativity, organization, and technical expertise to enhance listing visibility, maintain brand consistency, and support day-to-day real estate operations.



This is a

14-month contract position

created to provide coverage during a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of service and support for the Real Estate Team.

Key Responsibilities:




Prepare and manage all real estate listing documentation across MLS platforms (ex. TREB, BDAR) Create and coordinate professional listing marketing materials, including descriptions, digital assets, and promotional packages Plan, design, and schedule social media and marketing content for campaigns and property listings Ensure listing information is current, compliant, and consistent across all platforms Coordinate property showings, key access, and communication with Property Managers regarding unit status Support client communications, follow-ups, and listing-related inquiries Coordinate photography, video, and other visual content for marketing Track listing expiries, prepare amendments, and submit documentation for broker approval Assist with market analysis, seasonal campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives Maintain organized digital and physical records while upholding brand standards



Qualifications & Skills




2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Real Estate considered an asset Working knowledge of real estate listing processes and MLS platforms (TREB and BDAR) Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and branding best practices Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
