Job Description

The

Marketing Lead

is responsible for developing and executing Clear's marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, and product marketing. This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, analytics, and execution. You'll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to elevate Clear's presence, support lead generation, and ensure consistent messaging across all external touch points.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand

Develop Clear's core marketing strategy and brand positioning. Maintain consistency of messaging across all materials, channels, and partnerships. Own the marketing calendar and ensure alignment with sales cycles and national expansion plans. Improve how Clear communicates impact -- water quality, public health, community outcomes.
2. Digital Marketing

Lead the development and updates for the website via webflow. Lead social media strategy and content pipeline (Mostly LinkedIn). Monitor and report on key metrics such as engagement
3. Content Development

Create marketing assets such as brochures, pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and explainer materials used by sales teams and partners. Coordinate photo/video shoots for installations, client projects, and brand storytelling. Maintain Clear's asset library and ensure all materials reflect current product offerings. Support Clear's geographic expansion by tailoring materials to new states/markets.
4. Project Management & Vendor Coordination

Manage relationships with designers, photographers, web developers, and third-party agencies. Conceive of and propose timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports summarizing marketing results, tracking budgets, and scheduling
5. Marketing Support for Clients

Be the point of contact for our clients to assist them with marketing their new technology and amenity Includes coordinating resident events, preparing promotional materials, assisting with press releases, coordinating video productions, assisting with client website updates, coaching client sales teams on how to present Clear's offerings, and in general ensuring brand consistency across our client's marketing and promotional efforts.
Qualifications

Required 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital communications. Excellent writing and storytelling ability -- able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, simple messaging. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Excellent client communication skills - able to bring excitement to our clients Professional web design experience (will want to see examples)
Preferred

Experience in B2B, real estate, housing, sustainability, or tech hardware is an asset. Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) preferred. Understanding of public health, water quality, or building systems is a plus but not required. Previous experience with web design on webflow is a major asset

Compensation

90,000 - 110,000 per annum Benefits package Significant opportunity to grow into a Marketing Manager/Director role as Clear continues its rapid expansion Hybrid office schedule (3 days a week in office)
