About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Market Research Intern to support our marketing team in Vaughan. This role provides hands-on exposure to Canadian consumer markets, industry trends, and competitor insights, while contributing directly to the launch of Aarav POS. It's a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to learn about the Canadian business landscape and develop practical research and marketing skills.
Duration:3 months (with possibility of extension or conversion to a full time role)
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with research on Canadian markets, industries, and consumer behavior.
Supporting the team in collecting insights on Ontario-based customers, demographics, and purchasing trends.
Helping design and distribute surveys and feedback tools.
Learning how to track and evaluate competitor strategies and positioning.
Assisting in preparing market summaries, presentations, and reports.
Collaborating with the marketing team to explore growth opportunities for Aarav POS.
Supporting digital marketing activities by observing and analyzing engagement trends.
Who You Are:
A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Curious and eager to learn about Canadian markets and consumer behavior.
Comfortable using basic tools like MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excited to gain experience with research methods such as surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
Detail-oriented, open-minded, and ready to learn in a collaborative team setting.
Looking for a chance to build Canadian work experience and apply classroom knowledge to real projects.
