Job Summary:

We are introducing a new type of vending machine which will produce fresh juice without addition of additives, sugar, or even water. We intend to place them in locations like hospitals, malls, gyms, universities, etc.

We are seeking a motivated Marketing/ sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, sales calls and sales,

The hours of working is very flexible as we have back office support in India/ UAE and Nigeria- you will be required to interact with the team around their timing.

The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales / marketing strategies and campaigns while gaining valuable skills in a dynamic work environment. This is a hands on job. If you are not comfortable in meeting and interacting with new persons on daily basis, getting rejected, getting cold shoulder, and communicating effective this is not your cup of cake.

Responsibilities:

- Meet potential clients and provide them an overview of our services. (Blind calls)
- Once clients show interest, elevate it to management for follow up and clinch the location
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior data for potential sales in the chosen location.
- Improve website and optimize for SEO

- Social media postings on FB/ Linkedin/ IG/ Tiktok/ Twitter.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of marketing materials
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation:



Research and identify potential clients, including gyms, offices, schools, shopping centers, and other high-traffic locations. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate leads and establish initial contact.

Sales Calls:



Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce our fresh juice vending machine and its benefits to decision-makers and stakeholders. Articulate the value proposition of our product, highlighting its health benefits, convenience, and profitability for the client. Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects and provide accurate information to facilitate the decision-making process.

Relationship Building:



Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and offering support throughout the sales cycle.

Collaboration:



Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, share insights, and optimize sales processes. Coordinate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless installation and ongoing support for clients.

Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, contacts, and interactions, using CRM software or other tracking tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:

Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients over the phone and in person. Clear and concise writing skills for composing professional emails and documentation.

Persuasion and Negotiation:



Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers by articulating the value proposition of the product and addressing objections. Negotiation skills to navigate pricing discussions and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Customer Service:



Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and addressing client needs. Patience and empathy to handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Sales Techniques:



Understanding of basic sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up. Confidence and assertiveness to initiate and drive sales conversations.

Research and Analysis:



Ability to conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and preferences. Analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor offerings, and sales performance data.

Organization and Time Management:



Strong organizational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and follow up with clients in a timely manner. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team Collaboration:



Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Willingness to share insights, ideas, and best practices to contribute to the success of the sales team.

Adaptability and Resilience:



Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market dynamics, and client preferences. Resilience to handle rejection and setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.

Technical Proficiency:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating presentations, reports, and documentation. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing leads and tracking sales activities (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Product Knowledge:



Thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of the fresh juice vending machine. Ability to effectively communicate the health benefits, convenience, and operational aspects of the product to potential clients.
By possessing these skills and continuously honing them through practice and experience, the intern sales associate will be well-equipped to succeed in promoting and installing fresh juice vending machines.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.00 per month
