as a Marketing Intern!
Working closely with the
People & Culture Team
, the
Marketing Intern
will support social media, content creation, event planning, and office coordination initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing and communications while contributing to projects that strengthen our brand and employee experience.

What You Will Do
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following as well as other related duties:
Marketing & Communications
Support the execution of social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Plan and design monthly content calendars and schedule posts.
Engage with online audiences through posts, comments, and messages.
Capture and edit photos and videos from company events.
Design internal marketing materials such as presentation decks and product brochures.
Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
Conduct market research and present creative ideas to enhance our online presence.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to increase engagement and awareness through campaigns.
Events & Office Support
Assist in planning and coordinating company and employee events.
Support charitable initiatives through promotion, idea generation, and event logistics.
Create visual and presentation materials for internal communications.
Provide general administrative support, including managing mail, ordering supplies, and coordinating weekly office breakfasts.
Who We're Looking For
Education and Experience
Working towards a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related work experience.
Professional work experience working with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar design platforms.
Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
Professional work experience in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Powerpoint and Word applications.
Exceptional communication, organization, and creativity skills.
Experience with photography and video production is considered an asset.

Additional Details & Perks
Salary range: $40,000-$50,000 per annum.
This position is 100% in office, located in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver.
