Avenue Salons is looking for a Marketing intern that is Creative, Organized and takes Initiative. The Marketing Intern is responsible for creating and planning all Marketing campaigns with the support of the CEO. The intern will be responsible for maintaining the website, Instagram, Facebook profiles. The role requires in depth knowledge of social media and web advertising. Duties and Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 10 per week Salary: From $15.00 per hour Benefits:
- Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
- Managing campaigns day-to-day, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
- Attend marketing events
- Recent Graduate or Current Student in Marketing, Design, Business or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in online or digital communications, video production and marketing/social media strategy
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, interviewing and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong project management skills
- HTML & (SEO) skills
- Exemplary writing skills
- Creativity
- Understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Attention to detail
- Hustle \xe2\x80\x93 This one is a skill that can\xe2\x80\x99t be taught \xe2\x80\x93 the ability to take initiative in a high-paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Passion for learning. You might not know everything, but you have to be resourceful and be able to find what you need.
