What you?ll do
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and working as part of a cross-functional team, the Marketing Intern supports the marketing programs to align with the overall company objective to drive awareness and adoption of our digital therapeutics.
This includes:
  • Support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, advertising, and events.
  • Content development for social media, email marketing, and web
  • Edit original text, images, video or graphics
  • Ensure all content produced meets brand standards and follows existing design templates and best practices
  • Rebrand previously created marketing collateral to meet current guidelines
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. This may include tasks like supporting the company newsletter and responding to messages through our website contact form.
  • Create, proof, and deploy a variety of email marketing newsletters and website landing pages in support of the overall marketing strategy
  • Perform day-to-day analysis of digital marketing program performance. Summarize results and recommendations for internal and external partners
  • Maintain a clean, and safe working environment
  • Perform duties in a manner that is consistent with and committed to upholding the requirements of the quality management system
Additionally, due to the ever-changing and sometimes chaotic environment of an early-stage high-tech company, the Marketing Intern may assume additional responsibilities, as required.
What you?ll bring
  • Working towards a bachelor?s degree program in Communications, Marketing or Business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail is a must
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, project management and time management skill with the ability to prioritize
  • Understanding of social media management and website content management tools
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience using HubSpot is an asset
The details
Employment Status: Temporary full-time, 4-month term position (ideally May 2023 ? end of August 2023)
Schedule: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
