Job Description


Take responsibility for organic and performance marketing plan, strategy, and team \xe2\x80\x93 Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials \xe2\x80\x93 Build, manage, and coach a high\xe2\x80\x93performing marketing team.

-Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives of bringing new invested users and retaining them.

-Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.

-Work closely with the Sales Department to align Sales and Marketing Strategies. Manage Marketing Budget Expenditure.

-Maintain Brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels

-Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.

-Use relevant tools to measure the performance of the campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 Work closely on PR and influencer marketing Skills and Expertise.

-SME in the education field \xe2\x80\x93 Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing.

-Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from marketing, product management, sales, market research, and internal and external partners.

-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time to make aggressive deadlines.

-Can distill marketing challenges and business goals down into focused creative briefs.
