You will be an innovative and proactive person who is passionate about making a difference and working in a team who likes to think differently. You should be a team player, efficient and have experience of working in a regulated business on the marketing side, either within a marketing capacity or compliance with an understanding of financial promotions principals.Location: This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work remotely and from time to time visit the Windsor office when required.Key Accountabilities:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for supporting the Marketing Governance Manager in the day-to-day management of review and approvals of financial promotions and non-financial promotions. Liaise with marketing and key stakeholders within the business. Help to run and manage our content management and review and approvals process and help deliver training to the business. Assist with the maintenance of the governance processes to ensure that marketing campaigns and sales activities follow relevant regulatory and legal requirements that achieve fair customer outcomes whilst meeting commercial goals.\xc2\xb7 Support the Conduct and Governance Leads in ensuring that good conduct practices are in place and that all relevant functions have the required skills and knowledge to be competent in their roles and work with key stakeholders across the business\xc2\xb7 Support the Conduct and Governance Leads with quality assurance checks if and when required.\xc2\xb7 Within all aspects of the role, you put the Customer at the heart of decision-making and support the business\'s growth agenda.\xc2\xb7 You should be highly motivated and organised, have good administrative skills, and understand governance and compliance principles. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of governance and marketing compliance principles and experience in stakeholder management at all levels of the business.Essential Skills & Experience Required:\xc2\xb7 Experience in a compliance or governance role\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of marketing compliance and compliance principles\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and accuracy\xc2\xb7 Building relationships\xc2\xb7 A pragmatic advice-driven work ethic\xc2\xb7 Inquisitive and eager to learn and develop new skills when needed\xc2\xb7 Positive and pro-active approachWe are proud to be recognised as a disability-confident employer.
