Drive Sales for Hospitality Property, Restaurants & Plaza

Onsite-Hybrid with Property Visits

Salary: C$65,000-75,000 annually + performance bonuses

AJ Hospitality is a multi-property hospitality group managing a hospitality property, restaurants, and a retail plaza. We are seeking a marketing genius to lead campaigns that increase reservations, property sales, and plaza traffic, while building a strong digital brand presence. This role is about creativity with accountability -- using tech and social media to deliver achievable, verifiable results. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase property bookings, restaurant sales, and plaza traffic. Social Media & Digital Presence: Grow audiences on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, TripAdvisor; create content with Adobe, Canva, Mailchimp. Technology & Reporting: Track campaigns with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM tools; provide monthly ROI reports; maintain consistent branding. Performance Deliverables (Measured Success) Increase hospitality property bookings by 20% in 6 months. Boost restaurant reservations and sales by 20% in 6 months. Grow plaza foot traffic and retail sales by 15% in 6 months. Increase social media following by 25% in the first year. Demonstrate verifiable ROI on all campaigns. What You Bring Proven success in digital marketing, hospitality, or retail growth. Expertise in social media campaigns, SEO, and digital storytelling. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok promotions. Strong analytical skills to set KPIs, track performance, and refine campaigns. Creative flair to showcase the unique identity of AJ Hospitality's properties. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Compensation & Benefits Salary: C$65,000-75,000 annually (depending on experience). Performance-based bonuses tied to deliverables (bookings, traffic, social growth).
