We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven

Marketing & Field Sales Representative

to join our team. This role is focused on field marketing and direct sales, promoting our Indian and ethnic food products by distributing samples and converting leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the ethnic food industry, fluency in

Punjabi, Hindi, and English

, and a passion for engaging with people.

This is a

field-based position

--you must have your own reliable vehicle.

Fuel reimbursement will be provided.

Responsibilities

Travel to designated areas and retail locations to hand out samples and promote products. Actively engage with potential customers to explain product benefits and encourage purchases. Generate leads and convert interactions into sales and long-term business relationships. Establish and maintain relationships with local grocery stores, ethnic food outlets, and other potential vendors. Track and report on conversion rates, field activity, and feedback from potential customers. Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales team to align field efforts with broader business goals. Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times.

Skills & Requirements

Fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English

(mandatory). Proven sales experience, preferably in the

Indian goods or ethnic food

industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive personality. Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision. Must own a

reliable car

. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Energetic, outgoing, and willing to initiate conversations and promote products confidently. Familiarity with the South Asian grocery/food market is a strong plus - and knowledge of indian restaurants and brands.
