We're known for being reliable, friendly, and fast--and we're looking for someone just as driven to help take our marketing to the next level.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and organized
Marketing Assistant
to support our day-to-day marketing and outreach efforts. This role will play a key part in promoting our services across digital platforms, building relationships with event organizers, and helping us grow our brand in the Fraser Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, print)
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business)
Design flyers, posters, and other promotional materials
Reach out to local event organizers, festivals, and businesses for partnerships
Take and edit photos/videos of event setups for marketing use
Help maintain and update the company website
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
Support with customer reviews and email follow-ups
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Canva, basic photo/video editing tools, and social media platforms
Self-motivated and organized, with an eye for design and detail
Comfortable working independently and occasionally on-site at events
Marketing, communications, or related experience is a plus (but not required)
