We're looking for a Marketing Execution & Pipeline Operations Coordinator who enjoys being close to the action and takes pride in ensuring marketing and outreach efforts are executed properly, consistently, and on time.
This role is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in turning plans into reality -- coordinating details, keeping momentum high, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The Role
You will support the execution of marketing and business development efforts for 3DX. Working closely with leadership, you'll help ensure campaigns, materials, outreach, and follow-ups are delivered smoothly and aligned with our growth objectives.
This is a hands-on role that blends marketing execution with pipeline discipline. You'll be involved in preparing materials for outreach and trade shows, coordinating vendors, managing CRM workflows, and supporting demo scheduling and follow-up.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Execute marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns based on direction from leadership
Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for email campaigns, digital outreach, and trade shows
Work with external vendors (design, web, video, etc.) to ensure assets are delivered on time and to brief
Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring leads, contacts, and opportunities are properly tracked
Coordinate follow-up for inbound and outbound leads to support timely demo bookings
Support demo logistics and confirmations in coordination with business development
Monitor progress across marketing and outreach efforts and flag issues early
Who This Role Is For

You likely bring:
5 years
of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, sales support, or a similar execution-focused role
Experience supporting email campaigns, digital outreach, or event/trade show initiatives
Comfort working with CRM systems and structured follow-up processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
