- Office conveniently located in Downtown Toronto!
- Develop and execute marketing projects;
- Advance and manage firm events and functions including seminars and presentations;
- Keeping up to date on event, legal, and marketing industry trends with an eye for implementing new ideas/experiences and executing process improvements;
- Working with vendors to choose and acquire promo products for client gifting
Managing client tickets for sports, entertainment, and sponsorships to assist in business development
- Update marketing collateral (i.e., social media, website, advertisements, invitations, presentations, brochures, announcements, lawyer profiles etc.).
- Help coordinate internal and external professional development programs and update lawyers as needed;
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Marketing;
- 3+ years of marketing experience within a law firm;
- Experience in a professional services marketing role a significant asset;
- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite an asset;
- Strong attention to spelling, grammar, and proof-reading;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills; and
- Exceptional professional and organizational skills.
