About the Role

We're looking for a

results-oriented Marketing & Events Coordinator

to support the continued growth and visibility of

Masterful Moves Realty Group

.

This role blends marketing execution with event coordination, ideal for a motivated professional who's both strategic and hands-on.

You'll manage content creation, campaign execution, and community engagement initiatives that drive awareness, attendance, and brand growth.

This is a

part-time subcontract position

designed for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how marketing drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and promote monthly real estate and community events Develop engaging marketing content and campaigns across

social media, email, and print

Coordinate sponsor partnerships and local collaborations Manage timelines, RSVPs, engagement analytics, and event reporting Create branded materials using

Canva

Support lead-generation efforts and marketing automation systems Be at the events to make sure they are running as planned

Ideal Candidate

2+ years of experience in

marketing, events, or communications

Exceptional organization and project management skills Proficient in

Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace

Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident working independently and meeting deadlines Bonus: experience in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing

Compensation
