As the Marketing Director at CPA Ontario, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of business areas. Reporting to the VP, Brand & Marketing, you will be responsible for elevating customer experience, enhancing lifecycle engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes. With a strong focus on data and customer-centricity, you will guide a high-performing team while embedding innovation and operational excellence into everything you do.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading Strategy by shaping the marketing strategy across business lines to align with CPA Ontario's brand, objectives, and member-first values.
Coaching Teams - Developing and mentoring a high-performing marketing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Leveraging Data - Utilizing Power BI and data analytics to build dashboards, track KPIs, and uncover insights that inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
Managing Campaigns - Directing the creation and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
Improving Journeys - Map, assess, and refine the full customer journey to remove friction, improve engagement, and boost conversion and retention rates.
Who You Are:
A Post-secondary graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with an MBA considered an asset.
Strategic leader with over 10 years of progressive experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and large business portfolios.
Skilled in coaching and developing collaborative, high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.
Analytical decision-maker with strong Power BI expertise and a track record of leveraging data to enhance engagement and performance.
Experienced in optimizing customer journeys and driving improvements across all stages of the customer lifecycle.
