About the Role:
As Marketing Director, Tic Tac Canada (11 month contract) you will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, protect market share leadership, and achieve P&L targets. Reporting to the Area Marketing Manager NAM and Managing Director Canada, you'll define brand positioning and lead cross-functional strategies across portfolio management, media, promotions, and innovation. This role oversees budget planning and execution for advertising, promotions, and research, ensuring financial discipline and ROI. You'll also manage a high-performing team, collaborate with global partners, and deliver impactful consumer experiences in the Canadian market.
This position is hybrid, and will be based out of Ferrero's Canadian Commercial offices in North York.
