Job Overview
The Marketing Director will
lead, create, and design marketing content
across multiple channels, including social media, email, and fax campaigns. You will
brainstorm, execute, and monitor
campaigns end-to-end, working closely with internal teams to ensure all marketing aligns with product launches and business goals. Proficiency in content creation and design is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, create, and design marketing content
for digital and print campaigns, including sell sheets, posters, social media posts, and email/fax campaigns.
Lead email and fax campaigns:
brainstorm ideas, design materials, execute campaigns, and track performance.
Develop and manage social media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok, including influencer collaborations.
Track and analyze campaign results, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Develop and maintain a marketing calendar for product launches, promotions, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, content creators, and influencers.
Stay updated on trends in social media, digital marketing, and OTC pharmaceutical marketing.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience with proven success creating and designing marketing content.
Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or InDesign.
Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, and fax campaigns.
Experience leading social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage schedules and marketing calendars.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with OTC pharmaceuticals is an asset.
