The Marketing Delivery Director, North America Recipe Mix leads the P&L management and in-market results for the Recipe Mix portfolio, which encompasses the Dry and Wet Recipe Mix Categories and brands including McCormick, Lawry\'s, Cholula and more. This candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to lead the development and execution of the commercial agenda in alignment with operating plans, and will manage and develop up to 3 direct reports.
This is a hybrid role (50/50) and is based out of our Mississauga, ON (Canada) office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and P&L Management: Responsible for delivery of NS and OP. Sets and delivers the financial forecast. Manages P&L choices impacting Cost of Selling, Cost of Goods Sold and Marketing Investments.
Cross Functional Team Leadership: Responsible for leading cross functional teams and elevating cross functional team projects and recommendations. Collaborates closely with commercial functions to enable the commercial agenda.
Strategic Planning: Responsible for consumer and business strategies for long term, transformational growth in line with company strategies.
Marketing Planning: Responsible for team delivery of marketing plans. Develops briefs for integrated communications, creative, global branding/design, market research and R&D.
Talent Management: Responsible for talent development, engagement, and management of multiple direct reports. Serves as mentor to transformational and growth talent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor\'s Degree in marketing or related discipline
At least 8 years of marketing and/or sales experience
Expert level understanding of practices in Marketing and Consumer insights and sound understanding in areas including Sales, Finance and Supply Chain
Demonstrated results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, brand planning, building and running brand business, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications
Passion for food/culinary knowledge, including experience building brands within food industry
Leads through others via management and development of direct reports and cross-functional team
Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and project leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects
Expertise in syndicated databases, market research, business & brand planning, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications
