We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join our leadership team and spearhead our marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
• Drive all marketing functions, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing), traditional marketing, brand development, content strategy, and public relations.
• Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Create and implement a data-driven approach to marketing, ensuring all campaigns are measurable and continuously improved based on performance analytics.
• Direct the development of high-quality content across all channels, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, product launches, and promotions.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI on all initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance the company's online presence, ensuring effective reputation management and engagement with current and prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, including partners, influencers, and media outlets.
• Report directly to the executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to guide company-wide decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• In-depth experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Expertise in brand development, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing a team, including hiring, training, and mentoring marketing professionals.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• High proficiency in marketing software, CRM tools, and design platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or distribution industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience, typically in the range of CAD $85,000 - $110,000+ annually.
