Responsibility Summary:
The Marketing Specialist (MS) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing programs implemented throughout the firm. The MS recommends methods for communicating messages effectively, creates communication plans, crafts communications and coordinates messaging schedules with other areas throughout the firm.
These programs use of a wide variety of marketing resources to support either the business objectives of assigned departments or the Marketing Division. This position directly supports the Client Experience & Insights sleeve of Marketing focused on communications to existing clients, tools and technology enhancements that aid the client experience as well as market research.
The MS will support programs through many different channels, including, but not limited to:

+ Online access (client secure site) & the mobile app
+ Direct marketing
+ Ad Builder templated materials
+ Promotional materials
+ Digital/web/email/letters
+ Internal communication mediums
Marketing communication plans are developed and executed to clients. The MS will provide marketing consulting services to other firm business areas (both ongoing via specific projects and annually during business planning) working hand-in-hand with the product and solutions and training areas to name a few.
