Major Duties

ATS Industrial Automation, which includes Mobility, Nuclear, and Specialty Automation, is growing and looking to expand its marketing team to support its growth. As the Commercial Marketing Designer on our team, you will be a crucial member to help create material to support our digital communications, events, and sales presentation. You will be the lead for infographics, along with written and visual asset creation.

Our industry focuses on:

• Mobility - Automotive EV Battery Assembly
• Nuclear - Operations, Fuel and Decommissioning
• Specialty Automation - Electronics, Consumer Product Goods (CPG), Packaging, Warehouse Automation.

The Commercial Marketing Designer is ideally suited for organized and detail-oriented individuals who naturally take the lead in groups and projects and thrive in high-energy, creative environments. The Commercial Marketing Designer will develop marketing material in line with branding, and creative direction, using top standards for execution. Your job involves the design, illustration, infographics, photography, and basic video for marketing to ensure that ATS Industrial Automation\'s brand, messaging, and project delivery are met. In this role, you will ensure project precision and parameters are complete and established and assist others with creative thinking and brainstorming sessions.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop creative briefs with marketing and key stakeholder.
• Develop effective and good designs for various channels, digital and physical.
• Create or modify illustrations to communicate key messages or story.
• Manage ATS Industrial Automation Branding.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on written and visual content.
• Collaborate with Marketing members to measure the effectiveness of communications strategies.
• Organize and manage ATS Industrial Automation Assets.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing communications or graphic design.
• MBA or another graduate degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 yrs+ experience in a design capacity in an international environment, ideally in an industrial industry segment or in a marketing / advertising agency. First experience with marketing in international markets is a plus.
• Experience taking on complex ideas / projects / technical concepts and visually tell a story.
• Excellent design skills - layout, fonts, white space, color.
• Strong publishing software skills - Adobe, Illustrator, Premier, Canva
• Proven track record in effective time management, communication, and presentation of assigned tasks.
• Track record in supporting organizational transformations in a fast-growing market, overcoming barriers to entry, creating common purpose, and leading towards an aligned objective.
