Role Description: DeeBee\'s Organics, one of Canada\'s fastest-growing companies, is seeking an e-commerce focused CX coordinator. This vital role on our marketing team will be responsible for developing positive customer experiences through incoming customer inquiries and concerns. This role works collaboratively with the digital marketing, e-commerce and operations teams to identify customer needs and provide exceptional support. You Are: Genuinely excited to help our customers. You\'re patient, empathetic and have great written and verbal communications skills. You have a solid understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and reviews as it relates to digital marketing. You are looking for impactful career mentorship and are eager to work alongside CPG industry experts to develop a comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing. You are able to be self-directed with your time, tackling a list of tasks and monitoring assigned customer service channels. Role: Provide customer service by answering inquiries by email, online marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify) and social media. Manage questions, concerns or other issues, drawing on knowledge from the DeeBee\'s team. Oversee DTC product fulfillment using industry leading platforms (Shopify, Deliverr). Work closely with the social media and ecommerce leaders, acting as the intermediary between our customers and our digital touchpoints. General customer service:

  • Answer inquiries by phone, email or social media
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints or concerns (email, social media, phone) to increase customer retention rates by providing solutions in a timely manner, drawing on team expertise for answers as needed
  • Record complaints in customer service tracker to help identify trends and collaborate with other team members to develop actionable recommendations
  • Gather customer feedback and relay to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes
  • Be an expert in DeeBee\'s products, brand mission and values to be able to answer any questions from customers
  • Manage customer service product shipments and returns via our DTC fulfillment partner (Deliverr)
  • Ability to undertake occasional weekend or evening work with urgent complaints
  • Opportunity to support on e-commerce and digital marketing projects and/or digital marketing tasks as needed
  • Assist innovation team as needed with consumer and research
Essential skills:
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail to be able to provide written communication to customers that are free of spelling or grammatical errors
  • Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
  • Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Ability to self-direct and manage time independently
