The Role The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events for our Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, Compact Construction and Golf & Turf divisions. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many different projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

• Support corporate and division goals by coordinating, executing, and tracking all marketing activities and initiatives within the organization. This includes marketing tactics such as print, digital, events, social media, content marketing and community initiatives.

• Maintain new and used inventory listings on the martindeerline.com website and third-party platforms.

• Update website with current marketing promotions.

• Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify target audiences.

• Evaluate and monitor campaign performance and create comprehensive reports capturing key analytics.

• Plan and execute events including customer clinics, demo days, client appreciation, and family fun events.

• Support stores and divisions with events, trade shows, marketing material development, ordering marketing resources and promotional items.

• Collaborate with design team to produce marketing pieces.

• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content for social media platforms.

• Maintain brand integrity across all marketing platforms.

• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, corporate partners, and internal departments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with a wide range of marketing avenues, including advertising, branding, sponsorship, digital marketing, content creation and social media.

• Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods.

• Attention to detail, time and priority management is necessary for success.

• Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Experience working with: Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Certificate, diploma or degree in marketing or digital media is a definite asset but not required.
