THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team and grow within the company. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts within the Agriculture, Lawn & Garden, Compact Construction and Golf & Turf industries.

Support all our dealership locations and divisions to execute marketing campaigns, promotions and events. Work with the design team to create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, advertisements and infographics. Manage our online presence, on third-party platforms. Update website with current marketing promotions. Assist with the execution of corporate sponsorships and community initiatives. Evaluate and monitor campaign performance and create comprehensive reports capturing key analytics. Maintain brand integrity across all marketing platforms. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, corporate partners, and internal departments.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Agriculture industry. Creative, with a desire to stay on top of the latest marketing trends. Attention to detail, time and priority management is necessary for success. Organized, self-motivated and driven to learn, develop and grow with us. Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 programs, Canva, Constant Contact, Canva, Google, Meta, YouTube.
