Starting wage $22.00 - $29.00 per hour and wages may be scaled with relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the strategic implementation, oversight, and analysis of:

Blog content: Write clear, engaging posts that reflect brand voice and support SEO. Digital ad copy: Create concise, persuasive messaging for online ads that drive clicks and conversions. Campaign Coordination / Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice. Radio scripts: Develop attention grabbing scripts that deliver key messages within time limits. Internal email copy: Draft professional communications that keep staff informed and aligned. E blasts: Produce engaging newsletters with strong subject lines and calls to action. Newspaper articles: Write informative pieces that highlight products and events.

About You

This position suits an analytical, creative, and team-oriented marketer with a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, and a strong skill in writing marketing copy. The successful applicant possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a drive to push our marketing to new limits. Essential Skills

1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or similar. Skilled in customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and growth marketing. Excellent copy writing and editing skills. Strong research, analysis, and decision rationalization skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Strong team player and proven self-starter. Ability to learn and adapt to feedback. Attention to detail.

Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or similar. Experience creating, planning, or managing advertising campaigns. Advanced with common eCommerce and Email platforms Experience in plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, waterworks, fire protection, or other wholesale distribution industries. Email Marketing Experience: Ability to craft compelling email campaigns that engage customers, drive conversions, and reinforce our brand. Adaptable Writing Style: Skilled at tailoring message, tone, and style for different platforms (digital ads, emails, blogs, etc.). SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization
