Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are a mortgage investment and mortgage lending company, and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented part-time marketing person to support our brand and communications 2 days per week (Mon & Wed). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, and consistently keeping marketing tasks moving.

Key Responsibilities

Write and format newsletters (drafting, editing, light layout, scheduling) Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Draft engaging captions, short-form posts, and simple content calendars Create postcards and other simple marketing pieces (digital/print-ready) Coordinate approvals, maintain brand tone, and keep content organized Light admin support for marketing (file organization, tracking, basic reporting)
What We're Looking For

Strong writing skills (clear, professional, and on-brand) Comfortable using social platforms (IG/FB/LinkedIn) Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus Organized, responsive, and able to meet weekly deadlines Bonus: basic email marketing tools experience (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Hours & Compensation

Part-time: 2 days/week (Mon & Wed) Hourly rate starting $28
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week

Work Location: In person
