Coupe Beverages is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in marketing and growth across our brands.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the growth of products within the Coupe Beverages Portfolio by executing on marketing strategies for existing and new products. You will be responsible for assisting with strategy, managing social media platforms, customer engagement, and reviewing consumer generated content. You will support our brand photoshoots, organize influencer partnerships, and assist with community and in-store events. This position is an exciting opportunity for a new marketer who wants to learn across marketing initiatives and gain exposure to many aspects of the beverage and CPG industry, including e-commerce and digital marketing, brick and mortar retail and physical activations, distribution channels, and witnessing the development and launch of products from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of marketing for consumer packaged goods (CPG), and how marketing can support the growth and sales of a product and brand. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing strategies across digital content platforms, brand collaborations and partnerships, community and in-store events, and customer service.

Coupe Beverages is the producer of Duchess Cocktails, non-alcoholic DuchessDry cocktails, E. Bittermann Tonic, and more. Located in Vancouver, BC, Coupe Beverages was founded in 2019 with a mission to fill a gap in the market for high quality, ready-to-serve cocktails. Since then, Coupe has successfully scaled the Duchess brand across Canada and recently opened a new, purpose-built factory in East Vancouver where they continue to launch exciting new products for the Canadian market and international markets.
Job responsibilities:
Social media execution: build content plan based on provided content & daily posting across platforms
Support creative; photoshoot logistics, shipping samples, sourcing, etc.
Manage and execute influencer marketing strategy
Support execution of brand collaborations and partnerships
Support & execution for community events
Manage in-store tastings and recruit new tasters
Manage product sample inventory
Manage customer service: respond to comments, DMs, and email inquiries
Collaborate with peers and relevant stakeholders as necessary
Ability to explain your work, process, and decisions to peers and use feedback to help produce the best outcome
Be aware of marketing trends
Use project management tools to effectively communicate the status of projects and determine needs or roadblocks
Job requirements & competencies:
2-4 years of relevant experience
A passion for creating memorable brand experiences
Strong understanding of basic marketing principles and keen awareness of trends
Knowledge of required digital toolkit; Google docs, Slack, social media management platform, etc - willing to learn new tools
Proficient experience ensuring that brand voice is consistent across all content and all channels
Proficient experience measuring success of digital marketing campaigns with analytics and reports
High level proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and more
Works well under pressure and with deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
