Pokerrito is a rapidly growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise brand headquartered in Vancouver, BC. With multiple corporate and franchise locations across Canada, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products and building a strong community brand. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our head office team and help drive our next stage of growth.

[Responsibilities]

Brand Strategy & Positioning

: Support brand strategy and creative direction to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Annual Marketing Calendar

: Plan and manage campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

Consumer Promotions

: Execute engaging promotions that drive sales and guest traffic.

Digital Marketing & CRM

: Manage campaigns across social, email, app, and paid digital; track and optimize performance.

Franchisee Support

: Partner with franchisees on local store marketing, events, and sponsorships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with Operations, Finance, and external agencies to align campaigns.

Reporting & Insights

: Analyze performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

[Qualifications]

3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in QSR, retail, or franchise. Strong knowledge of brand management and consumer marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

CA$58,000 - CA$62,000
