We are hiring a
Marketing Coordinator
to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing programs across digital, lifecycle, and content channels.
This is a hands-on role focused on
implementation, coordination, and quality control
, working closely with internal leadership, sales teams, and external partners.
The Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for
running the marketing engine
.
You will execute campaigns, manage tools, coordinate assets, and ensure marketing initiatives are implemented accurately and on time. Strategy, priorities, and performance direction are defined by leadership -- your role is to execute cleanly, test reliably, and keep systems organized.
This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys structure, tools, and getting things shipped.
What You'll Do
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
Build and send email campaigns and newsletters
Set up A/B tests and workflows in HubSpot based on provided briefs
Support sales and care teams with marketing assets and campaign coordination
QA forms, landing pages, automations, and tracking links
Content, Design & Assets
Create marketing materials such as brochures, one-pagers, PDFs, and internal resources
Design graphics using existing brand templates (Canva or similar)
Prepare and update referral materials and clinic-facing assets
Resize, format, and organize creative assets
Digital Presence & Website
Schedule and publish social media posts
Make website updates using a CMS (content edits, uploads, formatting)
Publish blog posts and supporting content
Implement on-page SEO updates as directed (titles, meta descriptions, internal links)
Marketing Operations & Organization
Maintain UTMs, naming conventions, and asset organization
Pull reports and populate dashboards or templates
Flag issues such as broken links, failed emails, or unusual performance changes
Keep marketing calendars and task boards up to date
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platform)
Canva or basic design tools
Website CMS (WordPress or similar)
Social media scheduling tools
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable following defined processes and briefs
Able to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
Clear written communication skills
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is an asset, but not required.
