Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. In this role, you'll lead digital marketing initiatives, build and maintain our website, create AI-powered content, and help shape our brand story across all platforms. Key Responsibilities



1. Campaign Execution & Project Coordination



Assist in planning and executing experiential OOH activations (pop-ups, PR stunts, hologram activations, projection murals, retail takeovers, custom builds). Schedule timelines, production milestones, installation crews, vendor partners, permits, and logistics. Coordinate site visits, scouting, feasibility assessments, and safety/engineering requirements. Manage field teams for setup, teardown, staffing and experiential activation oversight.

2. Client & Sales Support



Turn creative briefs into campaign plans, mood boards, mockups, and activation decks. Support sales with proposal materials, case studies, and visual concepts. Communicate with clients on timelines, deliverables, approvals, and post-activation reporting.

3. Content, Creative & Asset Production



Designer and produce renders, 3D mockups, production drawings, and pre-visualizations. AI skills (bonus) Prepare photography/film for documentation of activations. Maintain an asset library of best-in-class experiential campaigns.

4. Marketing & Brand



Manage social media posting for experiential activations (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn). Create highlight reels, recap videos, case studies, and reporting decks. Help grow Hilite's experiential brand through storytelling, press releases, partnerships, and award submissions.

5. Reporting & Analytics



Track KPIs: impressions, foot traffic, interactions, social amplification. Produce post-campaign reports with narrative, data, and visuals.

6. Vendor, Permit & Production Coordination



Liaise with suppliers: fabrication, carpentry, printing, LED tech, lighting, projection, AV teams. Coordinate permit applications (city, BIA, transit, parks, private landlords). Track budgets, POs, invoices, and project cost management.

Qualifications



1-3 years experience in marketing, OOH, experiential, events, fabrication, agency, or brand activation. Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong design literacy (comfortable with creative direction and visual standards). Familiarity with production, events, fabrication or advertising. Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI for content creation. Comfortable on job sites (construction, installs, outdoor events). Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven, creative environments.

Pay



Base Pay plus Bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
