About the Role:



We're looking for a Marketing Associate--an adaptable, resourceful, and self-motivated generalist who can support our growing suite of rental tech products and marketplaces. You'll be at the heart of our marketing engine; executing campaigns, coordinating go-to-market activities, supporting product and service launches, and making a measurable impact on projects that reach millions of Canadian renters and property managers.

This is a hybrid/remote opportunity, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, however preferential consideration may be given to applicants who can report to Rentsync's Toronto office.



Key Responsibilities:



Support Product & Services Marketingo Assist in the planning and execution of go-to-market activities for new products, features, or service updates.

Coordinate internal communication and rollout of product messaging across web, email, sales, and support. Help refine positioning and packaging based on market feedback, customer pain points, and competitive research.

Execute Marketing Campaignso Support the launch and tracking of multi-channel campaigns--including advertising, email, social, and partnerships.

Own campaign logistics, from calendar management to asset delivery to QA and post-mortem wrap-ups. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business goals and timelines.

Collaborate Cross-Functionallyo Partner with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and integrated.

Help gather and organize insights, testimonials, and use cases from clients to fuel marketing assets and strategy.

Track Performance & Optimizeo Assist in reporting and performance analysis of marketing campaigns and product launches.

Support ongoing testing and optimization of tactics across channels.

Project & Event Contributions

Help coordinate and execute events, sponsorships, trade shows, and brand experiences. Pitch in wherever needed--whether it's writing a landing page, pulling data for a sales deck, or troubleshooting a campaign issue.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, B2C marketplaces, or product-focused roles Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, paid, etc.) Comfort working with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo), or CMS tools (Hubspot) A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills--written and verbal A knack for project management and keeping details organized A problem-solver's mindset: resourceful, eager to learn, and comfortable figuring things out independently

Additional Preferred Qualifications:



Exposure to product marketing, customer research, or marketing analytics Familiarity with the rental housing industry or property tech
