Job Description

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Toronto (Hybrid Remote)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our client in commercial real estate is searching for a Marketing Coordinator to join their fast-growing team!

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (such as InDesign, Illustration, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Maintain brand identity by following brand guide and colours
- Create broker letters from InDesign
- Create CIMs (Confidential Information Memorandums) and RFPs
- Edit floor plans and other graphics
- Create Postal Code maps using PiinPoint, amalgamating the information into a package using PowerPoint
- Create tour packages and maps using BatchGeo and PowerPoint, gathering property information from agents, websites and marketing materials, printing and binding
- Design custom marketing pieces as required
- Gather property information/photos/maps for agents as required
- Create pitch packages using InDesign and PowerPoint - inputting and editing information, amalgamating presentations from various sources, printing and binding presentations
- Regularly update and maintain listings on the company website and email blast website

Qualifications:

- Must have intermediate experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Post-secondary education, advanced diploma or bachelor\'s degree
- At least 2 years of experience of marketing and coordination/research-related roles
- Real estate exposure is an asset - residential or commercial
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be detail-oriented and work well with a team
- InDesign projects Portfolio required
- Good eye for design and experience creating marketing pieces
