Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
What are we looking for? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing + Communications team. This is a great opportunity to take a key role and contribute to existing programs while assisting in the development of new initiatives aligned with our studio and client goals. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of our marketing strategy and effectively communicating the studio\xe2\x80\x99s unique value proposition to a variety of audiences both internally and externally. This is a dynamic and extremely collaborative position that involves working closely with the Marketing + Communications team and other departments across the studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions and must be an organized multi-tasker, detail-oriented, have strong creative skills, and a client-service oriented personality.
What you will do:

  • Build an understanding of our distinct brand of voice and contribute to the planning, execution, and workflow strategies to meet and surpass our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team by assisting with the building of marketing project timelines, processes and maintaining schedules with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the studio\xe2\x80\x99s sponsorships, award submissions, speaking opportunities and photography + video projects.
  • Collect, organize, update, and make quality control edits to all source materials, including project sheets and CVs. This includes database maintenance and organization for each.
  • Assist the planning of any client events by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating logistics.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of campaign progress and performance by preparing marketing activity reports metrics.
  • Support the delivery of marketing, digital, social media and public relations initiatives as required.
  • Research market trends, customer behavior, competitor landscape to uncover new marketing opportunities and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Ensure accuracy of all files, proofs, and submissions, including spell-checking and proofreading.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and communication trends and tools and implement tactics to inform future strategies.

What you will bring:
  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related
  • 2 years of experience as a Marketing coordinator
  • Experience with Microsoft office 365
This is a hybrid role with 4 days in studio.
