We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator, based out of our Revelstoke office.

Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role within our Sales & Marketing Team at Shade Sails Canada. They work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager on the creation, execution and analysis of all campaigns.

Responsibilities & Duties

Developing creative briefs for various marketing initiatives. Creating a variety of sales and promotional collateral. Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing analytics and sales data. Assisting with video production. Social Media management. Graphic Design. Basic SEO understanding and development. Assisting with website updating and development. Managing promotional materials to ensure adequate on-hand inventory. Managing & Developing email lists. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Possess an acute attention to detail, are highly organized and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. A conscientious and empathetic person who regularly takes initiative to provide exceptional customer service. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a high-functioning team. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, specifically phone and email. Proficient with Google Workspace. Basic familiarity with a variety of associated software. Highly effective analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related experience is preferred.
