This role is part of our Integrated Marketing Team and reports to the Director of Retail.
This role reports to our Toronto, ON office.
Responsibilities:
Support all omnichannel marketing strategies- seasonal marketing campaigns, product launches, evergreen content programs, channel-by-channel content deliverables, strategic activations and brand partnerships.
Program promotional email campaigns, assist with paid digital marketing and email database management.
Support the Social Media and PR team with campaigns, product sends and internal media list management.
Ensure promotional consistency against the marketing calendar.
Assist with web and store user experience improvements including merchandising.
Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Team to ensure brand standards are maintained.
Assist with new store openings and any off site marketing activations.
Assist with additional marketing tasks as required.
Your profile:
Post Secondary Education in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
2+ years Beauty, Brand or Retail Marketing experience.
Excellent communication skills, time management, organization skills, proactive, collaborative, team player.
Ability to work with multiple teams to deliver responsibilities within required deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify is required.
