Job Description
CKTL & CO. is a stylish bar and premier cocktail lounge located in the heart of the Toronto financial district and inspired by the stock market. Guests can observe prices rise and fall on ticker boards and enjoy the entertainment of watching the 'market' move. The unique exchange format of the menu is designed to allow guests to venture out and try something new while the price is right. Talented mixologists will mesmerize captive audiences by crafting impressive cocktails with flair and providing a sense of theatre. The menu will be equally as diverse, featuring internationally inspired offerings.
Applicants
must
possess a post-secondary degree or diploma. Applicants must have a minimum of one year business administrative experience. Fluent English is a must. Applicants with the following skill sets would be preferred:Familiar with
Microsoft office software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, graphic designing (Photoshop or Illustrator)
Strong organizational skills. Able to work from home efficiently from time to time. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. (Prior management experience would be an asset Able to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude at all times.Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness. Create compelling digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize SEO for increased visibility. Utilize Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, HTML, and CSS for content creation and design. Analyze data using Google Analytics to measure campaign performance. Conduct keyword research and execute email marketing campaigns for audience growth.
